Elizabeth Honan, Creative Director & Choreographer, has firmly established herself as one of the UK’s most respected creative forces in the industry today. Her portfolio spans across Television, commercials, and successful high profile stadium & arena tours for No. 1 artists, making her a sought after visionary and campaign creator.
For the last 8 years, Elizabeth has been the show producer of Capital FM’s epic concerts, ‘Capital Summertime Ball’ live at Wembley Stadium and ‘Capital Jingle Bell Ball’ live at the O2 and now for the last 2, also Capital FM’s Monster Mashup. These events continue to feature the biggest music artists in the industry, including Justin Timberlake, Usher, Pharell, Miley Cyrus, Ed Sheeran, Katy Perry, Ne-YO, Justin Bieber, Coldplay, Calvin Harris and David Guetta to name but a few.
Elizabeth has been the show producer and choreographer on Britain’s ‘The X Factor’ national tour for the past 7 years and is to continue to take the show to new, spectacular levels for 2018. She regularly continues to work with some of the artists after the show.
Her role as Creative Director and Choreographer for female super group Little Mix has seen her take them from their first live performance to the exhilarating heights of their current success. From worldwide arena tours to television appearances and promotional one off gigs Elizabeth has been with them every step of the way.
Similarly, she is the Creative Director for pop singer Olly Murs. From when Olly embarked on his first solo tour around UK theatres to his most recent Arena Tour, Elizabeth has had the pleasure of watching him progress, garnering great reviews all the way.
Working with the biggest boy band of their time One Direction, Elizabeth created their one off sell out show in New York’s famed Madison Square Garden and then their 163 date massive world tour. One of her proudest moments has been the worldwide release of their movie ‘This is us’, which features many live performances from the world tour filmed in 3D.
Elizabeth has a strong portfolio of prime time Entertainment TV Shows for both the BBC and ITV. For many years, she has worked on the UK’s favourite dance show Strictly Come Dancing, creating one off group performances with the professional dancers from the show. Each year she is asked to produce the spectacular Halloween performance, her pieces regularly being recognised as standout moments from the series. Elizabeth is also resuming her position as Creative Director on ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ Live Shows for series 11. Aside from these, in the past year, Elizabeth has creatively directed and choreographed charity Television Shows Let’s Sing and Dance for Comic Relief and Children In Need.
Currently working as Creative Director on the exciting comeback series of ITV’s Dancing On Ice, Elizabeth’s portfolio is set to continue developing to new, exciting levels in 2018.
