Rachel is qualified in Pilates Matwork, Pre & Post Natal Pilates, Barre & Progressing Ballet Technique.

Pilates is a discipline that Rachel has practised since the age of eleven throughout her professional training. She went on to study and teach believing in the benefits of truly understanding your body, helping to gain and maintain strength and use this knowledge to lead an injury free life. Her work has enabled her to help numerous dance students for injury rehabilitation and inspired her to continue learning training in the very specific method of Progressing Ballet technique and fusing all aspects of her dance and Pilates training to teach Barre.
